Biography

Farzana is a versatile Indian talent, known for her roles as an actress, dance choreographer, and model, with a predominant focus on Telugu cinema. Her notable film credits include "Bhagyalakshmi Bumper Draw" (2006), "Seema Sastri" (2007), and "Bommana Brothers Chandana Sisters" (2008). Born and raised in Mumbai, Farzana comes from a Parsi family. Her professional journey began as a dancer and choreographer, where she choreographed numerous fashion shows and music albums. Among her notable works, she collaborated with renowned artist Adnan Sami for stage performances. One of her most memorable choreographic achievements was the title song of the 2006 film "Zinda," featuring Sanjay Dutt. Farzana also established herself as a sought-after model, endorsing brands like Hero Honda, Sansui, Godrej Hair Care, and Big Bazaar. Director Nidhi Prasad recognized her talent and cast her in the lead role of the Telugu film "Bhagyalakshmi Bumper Draw" (2006), a remake of the Bollywood comedy "Malamaal Weekly" (2006) by Priyadarshan. This marked the beginning of her career as a comedic film heroine. Her filmography includes lead roles in comedy films such as "Seema Sastri" (2007), "Bommana Brothers Chandana Sisters" (2008), "Gajibiji" (2008), and "Kuberulu" (2008). She also showcased her dancing skills in the movie "Mallepuvvu" (2008), starring Muralikrishna and Bhumika Chawla. In 2009, she ventured into the Tamil film industry, taking on the lead role in "1977" alongside Sarath Kumar and Namitha. Beyond her entertainment career, Farzana is a nutrition expert and an enthusiast of adventure sports like paragliding, rock climbing, and bungee jumping. She even served as a trainer for the sportswear company Reebok International Limited.  Bigg Boss Telugu Season 7 Farzana participating in the Telugu reality show Bigg Boss season 7. She will enter the house on September 3rd, 2023 hosted by King Nagarjuna.
