Rajat Dalal was born on 12 January 1996 in Faridabad. He comes from a Hindu Jaat family. His father, Mohinder Singh Dalal, played an important role in his upbringing. Rajat has two siblings, Mukesh and Neeru. He completed his schooling at Tagore Academy Public School and later graduated from Manav Rachna University, where he built a strong foundation for his future pursuits. Powerlifting Career and Achievements Rajat began his journey in fitness with a strong focus on powerlifting, eventually rising to become a World Powerlifting Champion. He gained recognition for his exceptional strength, particularly in deadlifting.
