Rashmi Desai

Rashmi Desai an Indian actress. She has acted in Hindi, Assamese, Bengali, Manipuri and Bhojpuri movies. She has changed her name from Divya Desai to Rashmi Desai.

Her credits include the Assamese movie Kanyadaan, in which she appeared alongside Jatin Bora, and the Bhojpuri movie Kab Hoi Gauna Hammar, in which she appeared with Ravi Kishan.

Her Hindi debut, Yeh Lamhe Judaai Ke, was a flop. In this movie she played Sheetal, alongside Raveena Tandon. She played 'Mandodari' in Zee TV serial "RAAVAN".

Rashami Desai did her schooling from Ulubari High School. Rashami is also a trained Kathak and Bharatnatyam dancer. She is happily married to her co-star, Nandish Sandhu, since 12 February 2012. They tied the knot in Dholpur. She is a very active person and likes to take part in dance and reality TV shows and recently she participated on Jhalak Dikhhla Jaa 5.
