Kuththu Story

Kuththu is a romantic masala drama film directed by A. Venkatesh and starring Silambarasan, Ramya, and Kalabhavan Mani. It is a remake of the 2003 Telugu film Dil. The film also stars Vijayakumar, Karunas, Livingston, Kuyili, Aishwarya, and many others as supporting actors. K. C. N. Chandrasekar and Amudha Durairaj produced this film under the banner of Deivanai Movies.

Story

The film follows the story of Gurumoorthy "Guru" (Silambarasan), a college student who falls in love with Anjali (Ramya), the daughter of a powerful gangster, Veerabahu (Kalabhavan Mani). Veerabahu disapproves of their relationship and tries to keep them apart. Guru and Anjali face many obstacles in their love story. They are beaten up by Veerabahu's men, they are kidnapped, and they are even forced to get married. Despite all the obstacles, Guru and Anjali never give up on their love. They eventually overcome Veerabahu's opposition and get married.
