Velai Illa Pattathari Review
Velayilla Pattathari is Dhanush's 25th movie as a hero and this reason has made it a special movie for Tamil audience. Interestingly, the actor has not chosen a big director's movie for his landmark venture but gave an opportunity to cinematographer Velraj to make his directorial debut.
As the title says, the movie is about an unemployed youth. The day-to-day struggles, frustrations, pain and the joy of getting the first break have been cleanly packaged into a movie.
Verdict: Velayilla Pattathari is a perfect entertainer for Dhanush's fans.
Dhanush's 25th film, Velai Illa Pattathari, hits the screens today amid much fanfare and pre-release hype. As the title says, VIP is about a jobless engineering graduate Raghuvaran (Dhanush) who is waiting for his big break in his preferred civil engineering space.
There is a sense of 'deja vu' with the first half as we have seen Dhanush in such characters in movies like Polladhavan, Yaradi Nee Mohini and Padikathavan to name a few.
Verdict: A completely crowd pleasing silver-jubilee outing for Dhanush
Newbie Velraj’s ‘Velai Illa Pattathari ’ featuring Dhanush and Amala Paul in the lead roles was released today i.e. on July 18th which happens to be the 25th film of National Award Winning actor Dhanush . Amala Paul is the leading lady of this entertainer who is playing doctor role in this film named as Shalini.
VIP story is based on the backdrop of social responsibilities which highlights unemployment and the theme of a graduate who breaks down at the interval time.
Verdict: On the whole, if you can forget few flaws Vellai Illaa Pattadhari is a must watch movie.
