Vettaiyan is an action-drama Tamil movie written and directed by Gnanavel Tha Se. The Superstar Rajinikanth was the leading star of this film, along with many other unknown supporting actors. For the fourth time, the production house fused up with Superstar. The Lyca production house that worked on Rajinikanth's "2.O" and "Darbar" and that is contracted with Lal Salaam has now reunited for the fourth time.
TJ Gnanavel, who had a stellar entrance in the 2017 film Kootathil Oruthan and achieved breakthrough with Suriya's blockbuster 'Jai Bhim," through which he gained applause and awards everywhere. As per Lyca, the upcoming Rajini film, formerly titled "Thalaivar 170," would be directed by "Gnanavel." Rajinikanth is reportedly starring in a cop movie, which is expected to be impressive and carry a deep meaning. The movie will be based on a true story, and filming will soon begin.
Release Date
The Tamil action film Vettaiyan had a worldwide theatrical release on October 10, 2024, coinciding with the auspicious Hindu festival of Vijayadasami.
