Biography

Abhijit Sinha (born 25th April 1977) is an Indian film actor, director, screenwriter and producer. Born in Patna, Bihar to a Banker Ajay Kumar Sinha and school teacher Pushpa Sinha, he grew up under the influence of  middle class setup in service class family. He began his career in Entertainment Industry by working as Theatre Actor in Ekjute Theatre Group Mumbai. Followed by acting in Numerous T.V Shows, especially Crime shows. He also has worked in various formats like Short Film, Web series, Corporate Films & Ads. He began his career in Bollywood by working as an actor in Adrishya (2018) and Junglee (2019). Abhijit Sinha, after establishing a production company named Euphoria Films in 2017, made his directorial debut with Short Film Aazadi. His Short Films Adhura, Hello Mamma, Swapping & Faisla  received critical acclaim. The films also won Golden Galaxy Award, Golden Fox Award and many more awards in various International Film Festivals across globe. He was also writer and Producer of these Short Films under Euphoria Films Banner. Early and personal life Abhijit sinha was born to Banker Ajay Kumar sinha and Pushpa sinha in Patna (Bihar). His sister is Banker Anamika Sinha settled in New Delhi. His Younger Brother Abhishek Sinha is a Copywriter and Director in Advertising Industry in Mumbai. His parents were working and settled in patna in his early days. He grew up in Patna. He did his Graduation B.A in Economics (Hons). From Patna University in 2000.Along with doing Advance diploma in Computer Science from N.I.T Patna (94-97).He then further moved to Nagpur for doing his M.B.A in Marketing in year 2000 . which he completed in 2002. .[8] Abhijit has termed his parents & his wife  the "harshest" critics in his career, and also considered Farhan Akhter and Anurag Kashyap  as an "inspiration" in the film industry.  Abhijit is of Kaystha  origin,  Abhijit grew up in an religious environment and believe in Hindu Religion. He married Nisha Prabhat  in 2009, She works in corporate sector in HR stream  in Mumbai. The couple have a son named Aarav. Career Abhijit after completing his MBA degree from Nagpur moved to Mumbai. He joined Corporate sector. He started his first job in sales dept. in Godrej Industries,followed by many big Corporate companies like Unilever ,Reliance, ICICI,HDFC & DLF Pramarica. .He Worked for corporate sector for 11 years. In 2013 He took decision to follow his passion and quit his Corporate career and joined Entertainment Industry. He always had a thaught to be well educated and trained for any segment he works. He joined Barry John Acting studio to get his formal training in acting under Barry John.. Followed by attending Theatre workshop of ekjute theatre group By Nadira Babbar. He started his Career in Entertainment Industry as actor in theatre with Ekjute Thatre group .Followed by numerous TV Shows. He also worked in various Short films , Web series, Corporate films,& Ads. He debuted in Bollywood from Movie Adrishya(2018) followed by cameo in Movie Junglee(2019).  Abhijit  launched himself into direction and writing. by establishing a Production House in 2017 named Euphoria Films .He has written and directed Short Films, Music Video and Comedy shorts under Euphoria Films banner till date.
