Rishi Prakash

Biography:  Rishi Prakash is an South Indian film actor, who has worked predominantly in Tamil and Malayalam movie industry. He made acting debute as lead role with Oru Caribbean Udayippu (2019)a malayalam movie. He has acted in few Malayalam and Tamil movies. Rishi was born in Kinningar, a small village in Kasaragod, Kerala, India. His father is Appakunhi and his mother is Kasthuri. His elder brother Shivaprasad and younger sister Sumithra. He holds a Masters in Business Management from Anna University. He also completed a degree in Travel and Tourism Management from Govinda Pai Memorial Government College Manjeshwar, Kannur University, Kerala, India. Before he started acting professionally, he worked for Mashreq Bank, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, as a Corporate and Investment Banking Specialist.  In 2014, he was awarded the Best Actor award at the Al Ain International Short Film Festival, Al Ain, United Arab Emirates for the seven-minute short film Demolish, directed by Malayalam director Anuram.
