She gained recognition as the first woman to host the Indian Premier League (IPL) in Telugu on the Star Sports Network. She began her career as a news reader at HMTV in November 2011. In 2013, she joined Star Maa Music as a VJ and successfully hosted the morning live show \"Chai Biscuit.\" Vindhya also hosted the comedy show \"Family Circus\" on Zee Telugu in 2014 and \"Hungama\" on ETV Plus from 2016 to 2017. She has worked on shows like \"Hot Wheels\" on TV9, \"Sakhi\" on ETV 2, and \"Maa Oori Vanta\" on Maa TV. In July 2017, Vindhya joined the Star Sports Network as a sports presenter, hosting tournaments like Pro Kabaddi League, Indian Premier League, and ICC Cricket World Cup. She hosts the game show \"Nuvv Ready Nenu Ready\" on ETV. Vindhya has also hosted several award functions, including CineMAA Awards, Filmfare Awards, Santosham Film Awards, Zee Kutumbam Awards, and Zee Cine Awards 2017.
