Saahasam Story

Saahasam (aka) Sahasam is a tamil big budgeted colossal movie - Actor Prashanth playing the Hero and Australian actress Amanda doing as heroine. Thaman is doing music for this movie. Story In Detail Ravi (Prashanth) is an intelligent youngster who doesn’t believe in the concept of working hard for long term profits. His father Nassar is against this attitude and believes in hard work. Ravi crosses the path of Bittoo (Sonu Sood) accidentally, while the latter is about to commit a bank robbery to the tune of 1500 Crores. This Bittoo more irritation and he swears revenge on Ravi. Rao Ramesh asks Ravi to stay in the house of his friend, ACP Thambi Ramaiya. In Hyderabad, Ravi comes across Amanda and falls in love with her. Later Bittoo makes his own plans to extract revenge and starts working with MLA (Kota Srinivasa Rao). The rest of the story is about how Ravi and Bittoo face off. Who wins in the end? What happens to Ravi’s love story? To be watched on big screen. Nargis Fakhri (ROCKSTAR & MADRAS CAFÉ Fame) doing speacial appearance in this movie.

Being a comeback film, Saagasam is of vital importance in Prashanth's acting career. Not surprisingly, the actor has given it everything. Though the overall screenplay is quite compact, unnecessary songs and old-fashioned romantic sequences might help you discover your virtue of patience. Thaman's background score is very much relevant to what's happening on the silver screen. Overall View: Saagasam has its issues, but the film does manage to entertain you in parts, making it a passable flick.

Saahasam Movie Revolves around Prashant and Sonu Sood. This movie is a complete family entertainer which is a clean pure entertainer movie which can be watched with family. Even though this is the first movie of Director Arun Raj Varma he directed this movie with good effort and there is no doubt this movie is a good comeback from Prashanth. In the final word a good entertainer movie which released this week.

It is many years since Prashanth appeared on the screen and he still looks handsome and the charm is intact and he is the saving grace of this otherwise torrid film. Prashanth is incredibly agile in the fight scenes and also dances in his inimitable style which should surely grab the attention of directors who should cast him in good roles. One wishes Prashanth try a more mature role, something like what Maddy and Arvind Swamy tried for their comebacks recently. Verdict : You can give this one a miss if you are not a die hard fan of Prashanth
