Shailaja Reddy Alludu Pre-release Event: Audiences Are All Excited For This Naga Chaitanya Film
Shailaja Reddy Alludu, starring Naga Chaitanya is gearing up to hit the theatres. The pre-release event of the movie was held recently.
Naga Chaitanya, the Akkineni charming lad, is all set to enthrall you with a family entertainer named Shailaja Reddy Alludu this September 13, 2018. Though the movie appears to be a typical cat-mouse fight between Athaya (Ramyakrishnan) and Alludu (Naga Chaitanya) on the outset, it's a tale of ego clashes between three characters, which involves the former and also of the leading lady, Anu Emmaneul.
The movie's pre-release event was held yesterday on a grand scale, which was graced by the entire team of Shailaja Reddy Alludu. The event had its moment when it was graced with a few special guests, which just proved to be even bigger for fans, spiking the excitement. Akkineni Nagarjuna, Akhil and Natural Star Nani were chief guests for the event.
Maruthi
Mass commercial director, Maruthi, assured the fans of Akkineni of a complete package of entertainer and stated that Chaitu will be tagged as Yuva Samrat from Shailaja Reddy Alludu. He also opened that the movie is not a typical fight between Athaya and Alludu, much similar to the outputs in the 80s and 90s generation. He thanked Gopi Sundar from the bottom of his heart for investing such time and dedication for re-recording. Thanking the entire casting and his technicians, especially his direction department, Maruthi winded up his speech.
Anu Emmanuel
The tall and beautiful heroine opened up with her bubbly Telugu and swanky English. She thanked the director of cinematography for capturing her exactly the way she looks like in her real life, which is not quite done for most movies. Anu acknowledged all the actors and a few technicians in her limited speech.
Nani
Despite wrapping the shooting of DevaDas, a multi-starrer project with Nag, Nani was happy to be a part of the event to share some space with his senior actor for some time. Nani branded director Maruthi as a stress buster who comes up with some quirky ideas offering a great breather amidst tensions and confusions.
Nani claimed that Nag was always at the receiving end for great songs in the previous generation, while Chaitu has taken over that blessing in the present one. He also shared an anecdote that Nag referred the plot of the movie would be similar to Allari Alludu, for which Nani cut-short the conversation to stamp the mark of a blockbuster.
Akhil
Thammudu Akhil was one ecstatic younger brother who was unable to control his excitement and extended his warm wishes to his brother and the team. He raved about the glow on his brother's face, which is said to be a change post wedding. Akhil requested the gathering to pray for the soul of Ravinder Reddy by maintaining silence for a minute.
Nagarjuna
King Nagarjuna was one happy father after seeing the love showered on his kid by the fans. He corrected on stage saying, Chaitu isn't Shailaja Reddy Alludu but instead, Nagarjuna Kodudu (Son). Nag revealed that Chaitu isn't a subtle and silent guy as he appears to be, but he's a mischievous prankster. He was happy to speak about his ex-co-star, Ramyakrishnan, who is said to be a Pan-Indian star post the Baahubali series.
Raving about music director Gopi Sundar's dedication, form and output, Nag thanked and appreciated Gopi for his work. Maruthi was at the end of receiving appreciation, as he was complimented by Nag stating that the young director understands the mass pulse of the audience, as he clearly knows where to render a fight sequence and where to insert a song clip in order to enthrall the audience.
Nag remembered the demise of Nandamuri Harikrishna, whom he refers to as "Anna" (brother) and that, it was even disturbing that the senior actor-turned-politician passed away on his birthday. He also was seen to be moved a bit when he spoke about Ravinder Reddy, president of Akkineni fans association, who passed away recently.
Naga Chaitanya
The prince of the Akkineni clan is in quest of solid hits to prove his mettle and render a comeback into the industry. Chaitu thanked his director, Maruthi, for his conviction towards the movie and investing confidence in him with the quality of Shailaja Reddy Alludu. He extended his love to his fans stating that they are an extended part of the existing family despite being called fans. Chaitu also mentioned that the fans do not wish for anything from their heroes expect a resounding blockbuster which, he assured, will be delivered. Chaitu also made it a point to give due respect to senior actors such as Ramyakrishnan and Naresh along with heartfelt wishes to Anu Emmanuel.
In a heart-touching moment, Chaitu remembered Ravinder Reddy and expressed his feelings towards his demise.
Shailaja Reddy Alludu features Naga Chaitanya, Anu Emmanuel, Ramyakrishan, Naresh, Vennela Kishore, Murali Sharma and others. The flick is being directed by Maruthi Dasari and is being bankrolled by S Radhakrishna, Naga Vamsi S & PDV Prasad under the banner of Sithara Entertainments.
