Guns N’ Roses set to rock in Sturgis

By Ramchander

Guns N" Roses, the hard rock band from the 80s, who once were called the 'most dangerous band" in the world, would soon be embarking on their first ever major American tour in four years.

The band currently is in a tiff with members from the past and the present. The current manifestation of GNR, led by the inimitable Axl Rose, has announced their major US gig in four years. GNR fans from America must be drooling after hearing this news. If everything goes well and in case all is confirmed, the US audience would get to see and hear the band live on August 13 at the Rock 'N Rev Festival that would take place in Sturgis, S.D.

Apart from it being the band"s first ever tour in four years, it would also commence their first US tour after they released 2008"s controversial album 'Chinese Democracy". The album co-incidentally took fifteen years to be completed and released. The Rock 'N Rev Festival show is also the band"s only show this year.

Rose remains the only original and co-founding GNR member and has changed his personnel. The ex-GNR member, the iconic guitarist Slash meanwhile remains busy to promote his self-titled debut solo album with a tour around the globe. He would play in Southeast Asia on July 29. His tour will continue through Japan and Australia, before finally hitting North America.
