Lily Allen wants extra security for her wedding

Singer Lily Allen is preparing hard for her wedding to Sam Cooper in Cranham, Gloucestershire, on June 11. She has even hired extra police officers to patrol on the day of her wedding to make sure that everything goes on well.

“The couple agreed to pay for extra officers. They will ensure minimal disruption," Contactmusic quoted a police officer as saying. The main road to Cranham, where the wedding will take place, will also be closed, although passes will be issued to the residents of the village.

The couple will spend their honeymoon in the backstage VIP area at the Glastonbury Festival. “Lily's coming down for her honeymoon. We'll look after her, I'll set her up a special tent - she'll get well treated. I'm going to the wedding in Gloucestershire. I've known her since she was tiny. She's such a star isn't she? I'm really looking forward to her wonderful wedding," event organiser Michael Eavis was quoted as saying.
