Confirmed: No Grand Audio Release Function For Vijay's Jilla
The countdown for the music release of Vijay's Jilla has begun. Fans of Illayathalapathy are eagerly waiting to hear the songs from the much-hyped Tamil flick. As we reported last week, the music will directly hit the stores on December 21 and the movie bosses are not organising a function to release the music album.
Director Nesan has confirmed the news and said that the music, which is composed by D Imman, will be released on December 21. But they are not holding an event to launch the album. The team is busy with the post-production works and they don't have much time to have a function for the music launch.
"We are extremely busy with the post-production work and since we have already locked the release date, we wanted to ensure everything is wrapped up on time. Therefore, we have decided not to have a grand audio launch," the film's director Nesan told IANS.
Jilla will hit the screens for Pongal. The movie, which also features Malayalam superstar Mohanlal and Kajal Aggarwal in the leads, will be clashing with Ajith Kumar's Veeram.
Meanwhile, the audio of Veeram, which features Tamanna Bhatia in the female lead role, will be officially releasing tomorrow (December 20). But it is out on internet today.
