Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 7: Karan Tacker Gets New Choreographer- Elena Samodanova! (Pics)

Karan Tacker finally had his way and made us wait till the Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 7 premiere night to provide clarifications about all the confusion and initial suspense about his choreographer. The actor surprised all on the premier episode of Jhalak 7, that Suchitra Sawant was only a temporary replacement till his actual choreographer, Elena Samodanova, could make it to the Jhalak sets.

The actor, after his performance with Suchitra Sawant, broke the hearts of many fans of his choreographer's, when he announced that this will be their only act together, as Karan Tacker's actual choreographer has arrived!

Then the beautiful Elena Samodanova, another firang entry from Dancing With The Stars, entered the Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 7 sets and revealed that she will be Karan Tacker's permanent partner from the following week. On being asked about her delayed entry, Elena joked that it was due to the chaotic Mumbai traffic! We're assuming Elena too, had faced some visa issues like to-be-judge, Maksim Chmerkovskiy.

The audience, which was aware that Elena was going to be a part of Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 7, had expected a new celebrity partner to match steps with her. Karan Tacker then brought in a big surprise element with his unanticipated announcement, as his fans had, by then, thought that Karan's choreographer was finally declared and that she was here to stay.

"Being a part of international dance reality shows has given me a world of exposure, and now I am looking forward to expanding my horizons. I will be joining Karan as his choreographer. I hope to convert him into a superlative dancer," Elena said.

The judges warmly welcomed Elena to India and to the Indian version of Dancing With The Stars. Madhuri Dixit said, "We're looking forward to how you're going to work with this boy here. So all the best."

While we're happy to welcome Elena, it is also sad that the gorgeous Suchitra, who has been quite a familiar face on Jhalak, will now no longer be part of the show. Here's wishing Karan Tacker and Elena Samodanova all the best, and wishing Suchitra returns on the show with the wildcard contestants.
