Aditya Chopra Breaks The Rule For Detective Byomkesh Bakshy

The movie Detective Byomkesh Bakshy has hit the theatres today and the makers of the film are quite sure about the flick's potential.

Directed by Dibakar Banerjee featuring Sushant Singh Rajput, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy has been produced by Aditya Chopra's Yash Raj Films.

It is well known that Yash Raj Films never show their films to media before the film's release, but this time Aditya Chopra broke the rule.

A premiere show was held yesterday for media which was also attended by Dibakar Banerjee and apparently, it reflects the producer's trust on the film.

Speaking on the same, director Dibakar Banerjee said, "We have suddenly decided to show the film to the press on the evening before release. It is a first for Yash Raj, I believe. It shows Adi's faith on the film."

It is to be mentioned, few days back a video was leaked which supposedly revealed the climax of Sushant Singh Rajput's Detective Byomkesh Bakshy.

However, Dibakar Banerjee claimed that the video could not do any harm to his film as the original climax has a lot more to offer and indeed, Detective Byomkesh Bakshy has received positive reviews.
