Watch Kay Kay Menon's Rahasya Trailer: Gripping

Directed by Manish Gupta, Rahasya stars Kay Kay Menon, Tisca Chopra, Ashish Vidyarthi, Mita Vashisht and Ashwini Kalsekar. Although it is said that the film is inspired by the Aarushi murder case, which was met with some criticism by Rajesh and Nupur Talwar, the director doesn't think so.

The trailer which is out now has some stark similarities which is very obvious as a viewer.

The director says, "The case gives a classic premise for an Agatha Christie kind of murder mystery, which would keep the audience guessing and hooked. Plus, there's the emotional quotient of the parents being accused of murdering their only daughter, something that the Indian audience has always felt for."

Director Manish went on to say that the film would center upon a CBI investigator trying to uncover the truth of his daughter's murder and that he had never definitively stated that Rahasya would be based on the Aarushi murder case.

From the first look of the film trailer, it looks like a gripping story played well by Kay kay Menon and Ashish Vidyarthi. The first poster of the film was also launched which was quite intriguing.
