Malayalam
movie
industry
is
currently
going
through
a
rough
patch,
due
to
the
dispute
between
the
producers
&
distributors
associations
and
exhibitors
federation.
Now,
the
distributors
have
decided
to
remove
the
recent
films
from
the
theatres.
As
per
the
latest
reports,
all
the
recent
films,
including
Mohanlal's
Pulimurugan,
Nadhirshah
directed
Kattappanayile
Rithwik
Roshan,
Vineeth
Sreenivasan's
Aanandam,
and
Ore
Mukham
will
soon
be
removed
from
the
Kerala
theatres.
The
distributors
association
decided
to
remove
Pulimurugan,
Kattappanayile
Rithwik
Roshan,
Aanandam,
and
Ore
Mukham
from
the
theatres,
following
failed
compromise
talk
between
the
producers
and
theatre
owners,
which
was
held
on
December
20.
So,
all
the
activities
of
the
Malayalam
movie
industry,
including
the
movie
shoots,
releases,
and
other
works
will
be
stopped
temporarily,
until
the
associations
come
to
a
final
settlement
upon
the
dispute
over
the
collection
share.
All
the
Malayalam
Christmas
releases,
including
Munthirivallikal
Thalirkkumbol,
Jomonte
Suviseshangal,
Ezra,
and
Fukri
have
got
cancelled,
thanks
to
the
dispute
between
the
producers
association
and
exhibitors
federation.
However,
it
has
been
confirmed
that
Christmas
2016
will
be
a
totally
dull
season
for
the
Malayalam
movie
lovers.
We
really
hope
that
the
associations
will
resolve
the
issues
and
release
the
much-awaited
projects
as
soon
as
possible.
