direction

Krishna,
former
assistant
to
Shankar
in
Sivaji,
is
being
dubbed
in
Telugu
with
the
same
name.
The
shooting
has
been
completed
and
the
film
is
ready
for
release.
Ananda
Thandavam,
an
adaptation
of
renowned
Tamil
writer
Sujatha"s
much-acclaimed
novel
"Pirivom
Santhippom",
is
considered
to
be
a
very
important
film
in
Tamanna"s
career,
as
it
is
a
heroine-centric
story,
which
has
a
strong
message
to
those
who
are
craving
to
leave
their
homeland
and
settle
abroad.
Extensively
shot
in
the
US,
the
film
revolves
around
a
young
girl
whose
profession
in
the
field
of
virtual
reality
and
special
effects
field
takes
her
to
the
US.
After
spending
quite
some
time
there,
she
realizes
that
her
life
has
been
rendered
too
monotonous
by
the
mechanized
American
lifestyle.
That
is
when
she
longs
to
return
to
India.
Sujatha
also
wrote
the
dialogues
for
the
screenplay
before
his
death.
The
film
also
stars
Rukmini
of
Bommalattam
fame,
Bala
Singh,
Kitty,
Madanbob,
and
"Special
Effects" Venky.
Music
is
composed
by
G.V.
Prakash
Kumar
and
will
be
released
in
the
first
week
of
March
through
Sony
BMG.
Award-winning
lyricist
Vairamuthu
has
penned
the
lyrics.
The
film
will
be
released
in
the
first
week
of
March.
