Menon's
latest

Yeto
Vellipoyindi
Manasu
(YVM)
starring
Nani
and
Samantha
in
leads,
has
opened
to
a
fantastic
response
in
America.
The
Telugu
movie
has
done
better
business
at
the
USA
Box
Office
than
its
Tamil
version
Neethaane
En
Ponvasantham.
Its
two
days
collection
is
much
better
than
recent
biggies
in
Telugu.
Yeto
Vellipoyindi
Manasu
was
released
in
42

in
the
country
on
Friday,

14,
while
its

Neethaane
En
Ponvasantham
hit
34

Despite
getting
mixed
reviews
from
film
critics,
Nani
and
Samantha
starrer
managed
more
footfalls
than
Jeeva
and
Samantha
starrer.
It
has
topped
the
collection
chart,
while
the
Tamil
version
landed
in
the
second
place.
Yeto
Vellipoyindi
Manasu
has
raked
in
$51,934
from
its
screening
in
both
paid
previews
as
well
as
opening
day,
while
the
Tamil
version
collected
$34,699
at
the
USA
Box
Office
on
the
first
day.
The
business
of
both
versions
went
up
by
25%
on
Saturday.
The
Telugu
version
has
collected
$51,398
from
32
locations
at
the
USA
collection
centres
on
the
second
day,
while
the
Tamil
version
raked
in
$24,218
from
24
screens.
Yeto
Vellipoyindi
Manasu
has
raked
in
$135,123
(Rs
73.68
lakhs)
at
the
USA
Box
Office
in
two
days,
while
Neethaane
En
Ponvasantham
grossed
$69,708
(Rs
38.01
lakhs).
However,
the
Telugu
version
has
seen
a
big
jump
on
Sunday.
Trade
analysts
feel
that
its
first
weekend
collection
is
expected
to
