Kanche Day 1 (Opening) Box Office Collections, Area-wise Breakup
Kanche starring Varun Tej and Pragya Jaiswal in lead roles has been widely appreciated by the critics. Like all the other films of director Krish, Kanche too has been carrying great word of mouth in A centers.
However, the initial response at B and C centers was not so encouraging. Apparently, the holiday season appears to have helped the film in getting decent numbers on its opening day.
The film collected a share of 1.94 Cr on its day 1 in Telugu states alone and has approximately collected $100K on Friday in USA.
Including Karnataka and other parts of India and overseas, Kanche collected a worldwide share of 2.51 Cr. Considering its pre-release buzz, hurried up release and the cast, the numbers are quite welcoming.

Nizam
Kanche collected a share of 55 Lakhs in Nizam after its first day 1 release. The film was in fact supposed to release on November 6.
Ceeded
Kanche collected a share of 33L on day 1 in ceeded. Postponement of Akhil resulted in Kanche's hurried up release.
Vizag
Kanche collected a share of 21 L in Vizag on day 1. Varun Tej, who scored a dud with his debut, was appreciated for his performance in Kanche.
Guntur
Kanche collected a share of 24L in Guntur on Day 1. Pragya Jaiswal was introduced with Kanche and she scored some brownie points with her acting.
Nellore
Kanche collected a share of L in Nellore on day 1. Nikitin Dheer was introduced with this film and he played the main antagonist of the film.
Krishna
Kanche collected a share of 20 L in Krishna on day 1. Kanche story was set up in the World War ll back drop.
West
Kanche collected a share of 16 L in West Godavari on day 1. Music of the film was given by Chirantan Bhatt another debutante for the Telugu films.
East
Kanche collected a share of 18 L on day 1 in East Godavari. Director Krish is expected to score his first commercial success with Kanche. His previous films though were critically acclaimed they did not collect enough at the box office.
