Telugu
movie
Srimannarayana
starring
Nandamuri
Balakrishna,
Parvathi
Melton
and
Isha
Chawla
in
leads
is
a
romantic
action
film
and
it
has
received
mixed
reviews
from
film
critics.
Balakrishna's
performance,
Parvathi-Isha's
glamour
and
Chakri
music
are
its
big
attractions
and
predictable
story
is
its
drawback.

The
film
has
no
Balayya's
frills.
Though
the
film
has
punch
dialogues,
they
are
usual
in
a
journalistic
career.
Watch
the
film
without
any
expectations
and
the
film
would
definitely
give
good
entertainment.

The
movie
is
not
uninteresting,
though
it
is
predictable.
You
have
songs
shot
on
foreign
locales
and
fights
in
which
the
villains
are
beaten
to
pulp.
But
there
is
a
difference
in
the
way
each
of
the
big
goons
are
eliminated.
MS
Narayana
and
Krishna
Bhagawan
attempt
some
comedy,
as
does
Duvvasi
Mohan,
but
it
it
is
not
enough
to
pep
up
the
movie.

Srimannarayana
is
a
commercial
film
made
with
noble
intentions.
This
film
shows
a
solution
to
the
farmers
welfare.
Despite
the
intention,
Srimannarayana
fails
to
entertain
due
to
lackluster
screenplay
and
poor
writing.

Srimannarayana's
film
subject
is
good
but
director
Ravi
Kumar
Chavali
has
not
paid
enough
attention
to
its
execution.

Though
there
are
few
tense
moments
when
the
hero
chases
down
villains
in
different
get-ups,
his
Narsimhaswamy
avatar
is
hard
to
digest
even
for
his
die-hard
fans.
Parvati
and
Isha
have
little
to
do
other
than
adding
the
glam
quotient.
Director
Ravi
Chavli
shows
the
media
in
good
light
but
shows
the
woman
scribe
(Parvati)
as
a
desperate
lover,
which
is
not
justified.
The
director
tries
to
blend
a
white-collar-crime
with
an
outdated
plot
of
a
man
caught
between
two
girls.
The
comedy
track
in
the
film
too
falls
flat.

Review
If
you
go
to
Srimannarayana
expecting
an
intellectual
side
to
our
heroic
journalist,
you
will
be
in
for
disappointment.
As
the
story
moves
forward,
you
will
realise
that
the
gutsy
young
chap
(Balakrishna)
fights
impossibly,
murders
miserably,
talks
funnily,
dances
at
the
drop
of
a
hat
in
the
presence
of
one
or
both
the
heroines,
but
never
makes
sense!
