a
search
operation
at
the
residences
of
actor
Aditya
Pancholi
and
his
son
Sooraj
Pancholi
in
Mumbai
on
Wednesday.
This
was
in
connection
with
the
mysterious
death
of
actor
Jiah
Khan
who
was
found
dead
at
her
Juhu
home
on
June
3,
2012.
A
spokesperson
from
CBI
said
that
they
found
some
'incriminating
documents',
letters
and
Compact
Discs
in
addition
to
some
gifts
presented
to
Sooraj
by
Jiah.
"We
have
seized
certain
incriminating
documents
and
articles
during
the
searches
and
these
would
be
scrutinised
by
CBI
teams
that
are
investigating
the
case," the

said.
Delhi
CBI

were
also
at
the

Jiah
Khan's
mother
Rabia
wanted
CBI
to
probe
whether
her
daugther's
death
was
suicide
or
homicide.
The

Bombay

felt
that
there
were
possibilities
of
homicide

the
division
bench
had
not
found
any
fault
with
the
investigation.
"The
possibility
of
someone
entering
from
the
window
(and
escaping
without
getting
noticed
after
killing
the
25-year-old
actress)
ought
to
have
been
investigated
properly," they
had
said.
Jiah
Khan
was
found
hanging
at
her
residence
and
she
was
in
a
relationship
with
actor
Sooraj
Pancholi
which
was
under
strain
that
made
her
take
the
extreme
step.
Sooraj
was
booked
on
charge
of
abetting
the
suicide.
