7th
Day,
an
investigative
thriller
flick
directed
by
Shyamdhar,
has
made
it
to
the
headlines
already,
due
to
the
new
and
unique
look
of
actor
Prithviraj.
Now,
the
movie
is
once
again
back
in
news.
It
has
been
reported
that
actor
Ajmal
Ameer,
who
was
supposed
to
play
one
of
the
main
leads
have
been
chucked
out
from
the
film.
According
to
sources,
director
Shyamdhar
said
that
7th
Day
is
not
solely
a
Prithviraj
movie,
but
a
film
where
there
is
equal
importance
to
seven
different
characters
in
the
film.
Ajmal
was
one
among
the
chosen
one.
There
were
combination
scenes
for
Ajmal
along
with
Prithviraj
and
Tovino
Thomas,
another
lead
in
the
film.
Shaymdhar
says
that
Ajmal
synced
with
the
scenes
along
with
Prithviraj,
but
there
were
some
other
important
shots
for
the
actor
along
with
Tovino.
But,
it
did
not
work
out
well
and
he
was
forced
to
remove
Ajmal
from
the
movie.
When
asked
Ajmal,
he
had
a
different
story
to
say.
Ajmal
said
that
when
the
director
approached
Ajmal,
he
was
informed
that
he
will
be
having
equal
importance
in
the
film
along
with
Prithviraj.
He
also
said
that
there
were
many
scenes
for
him
too.
But,
when
the
shooting
started,
they
cut
short
his
scenes
including
some
fighting
sequences
which
he
could
not
accept.
Ajmal
says
that
he
stepped
back
from
the
movie
by
himself.
Now,
who
has
replaced
Ajmal
is
not
yet
known
and
it
is
confirmed
that
Ajmal
is
not
in
7th
Day,
which
is
getting
released
on
April
11
along
with
Gangster
and
Polytechnic.
