Looks
like
Kaththi
is
the
new
Lingaa
as
issues
pertaining
to
the
Ilayathalapathy
Vijay
starrer
are
simply
refusing
to
cease,
much
like
what's
been
going
on
with
the
Rajinikanth's
flick
over
the
last
few
months.
Kaththi's
new
problem?
Yet
another
plagiarism
case
for
which
Vijay,
AR
Murugadoss
and
many
others
have
been
summoned
by
a
Tanjore
court.
It
is
reported
that
an
MCA
graduate
named
Anbu
Rajashekar
had
lodged
a
case
against
Vijay,
AR
Murugadoss,
George
C
Williams
(cinematographer),
K
Karunamoorthi
and
A
Subashkaran
(producers)
and
Neelakanda
Narayanapur
(executive
producer).
The
complaint
has
been
filed
with
an
allegation
stating
that
Kaththi
is
a
rip
off
of
his
short
film
titled
'Thaaga
Bhoomi'.
Anbu
Rajashekar
has
reportedly
claimed
that
'Thaaga
Bhoomi'
was
made
prior
to
Kaththi's
release
and
that
the
feature
film's
basic
plot
is
the
same
as
that
of
his
short
film.
The
judge
of
a
Tanjore
court,
after
hearing
the
petition,
has
sent
out
summons
to
everyone
mentioned
above.
This
effectively
means
that
Vijay
and
AR
Murugadoss,
along
with
their
Kaththi
team,
must
appear
in
the
said
court
on
October
15th.
It
is
to
be
noted
that
AR
Murugadoss
was
earlier
accused
of
plagiarism
after
a
man
claimed
that
the
story
of
Kaththi
belongs
to
him.
Makes
us
wonder
if
many
minds
were
working
on
the
script
of
Kaththi
at
the
same
time.
Murugadoss'
Response
AR
Murugadoss
is
yet
to
react
to
this
new
charge
against
him
and
the
team
of
Kaththi.
It
will
be
interesting
to
see
the
famed
director's
response
if
and
when
he
does
react.
Will
Puli
Be
Stalled?
Now
the
next
important
question
is,
will
the
release
of
Puli
be
affected
because
of
this
new
issue?
Will
there
be
a
request
put
forward
to
stall
the
release
of
Vijay's
upcoming
movie
until
the
issue
of
Kaththi
is
solved?
Well,
nowadays
anything
is
possible
in
Kollywood.
Puli

Meanwhile,
the
Telugu
theatrical

of
Puli

a
whopping

of
12

The
movie's
pre-release
business
has
been
impressive
so
far.
5.7
Million

Counting
The
trailer
of
Puli
now
has
5.7
million
views
against
its
name.
The
video

also
managed
to
get
94,466
likes
so

Puli
To
Be
Postponed
Again?
Recently
there
were
reports
suggesting
that
Puli
might
be
postponed
yet
again
which
means
that
the
much
anticipated
movie
might
not
be
released
on
October
1st
as
confirmed
by
SKT
studios.
An
official
word
on
the
alleged
postponement
is
awaited
anxiously
by
fans
and
movie
buffs.
