It
is
a
known
fact
that
the
king
of
controversy
in
Tamil
cinema,
actor
Simbu
is
at
it
again
with
the
help
of
a
certain
'beep
song'
which
has
landed
him
in
the
soup.
As
if
the
ongoing
chain
of
events
isn't
problematic
enough,
a
group
of
Simbu
fans
have
tried
their
hand
at
self-immolation.
It
is
said
that
a
couple
of
teenagers
threatened
to
take
their
own
life
in
front
of
the
Vaalu
actor's
home,
if
the
charges
pending
against
Simbu
isn't
cleared
immediately.
If
not
for
the
timely
action
taken
by
cops,
things
could've
gone
from
bad
to
worse.
The
self-confessed
ardent
fans
of
Simbu
have
been
detained
by
the
police
department.
Equivalent
acts
of
foolishness
is
said
to
have
taken
place
in
other
parts
of
Tamil
Nadu,
including
Vellore.
It
is
to
be
noted
that
a
similar
incident
occurred
when
a
fan
of
Simbu
tried
to
commit
suicide
over
the
delay
of
the
actor's
film
Vaalu,
earlier
this
year.
Meanwhile,
Simbu
approached
the
High
Court
in
an
attempt
to
acquire
an
anticipatory
bail.
He
has
claimed
that
police
visited
his
home
to
arrest
him
when
he
was
away.
Police
has
divulged
that
"legal
action" will
be
taken
against
Simbu
and
Anirudh
if
they
fail
to
appear
in
front
of
the
Race
Course
police
station
on
January
2nd,
as
per
the
second
summon
sent
across
to
the
actor-musician
duo.
