I haven't copied Danny in Agneepath remake: Sanjay Dutt

Actor Sanjay Dutt is playing villain Kancha Cheena in the upcoming movie Agneepath, which is slated to release on 26th January. The role of the baddie was previously played by Danny Denzongpa in the 1990's original movie. Now, Sanju Baba says that he has not copied anything from Danny in the film.

Talking about his role Kancha, Sanjay Dutt says that Danny Denzongpa is a great actor and as Kancha, he has delivered wonderful performance in the original movie Agneepath in 1990. But he has neither copied anything from Danny nor from any other actor. He adds that he has just portrayed Karan Malhotra"s vision of Kancha.

However, Sanjay Baba's wicked smile, puffed-up eyes and dreadful look featured in the trailers and posters of the film Agneepath have got him lot of appreciation. Earlier, the actor himself had said that his 'villainous' act scared him. Now, it should be seen whether his performance will rock the audience or not when the movie hits the theatres.
