When Bipasha Basu Called Chitrangada A 'Junior' Actress

Bipasha Basu and her starry tantrums has got a history to it. Bipasha Basu has always got the 'senior actress' tag in her head, we guess. This Bong beauty who had acted in Humshakals did not appear even for a single promotional event of the film.

Bipasha Basu felt that Sajid Khan gave unfair attention to the other two star actresses Tamanannah Bhatia and Esha Gupta while their screen presence were not very long compared to Bipasha in the film. Now, again Bipasha has been blamed for her starry air tantrums during the Indian Couture Week.

The actress who had to walk as showstopper along with the other actress Chitrangada Singh and Madhur Bandarkar, just left the audience guessing why didn’t they walk together? While they all walked the ramp alone and dazzled in their own attire, Bipasha missed out on walking together with Chitrangada as she felt she was too ‘junior' to walk.

A popular daily quoted that the organiser said, "I didn't have any control over this segment as it was put together by the jewellery brand. What the stars did was their decision. I was surprised not to see them taking the final bow together. Bipasha's secretary informed my team that Bipasha had certain objections."

"For me, a showstopper is a showstopper. And I think Chitrangada and Madhur did it for us. Chitrangada brought life into the show and Madhur's confidence had to be seen to be believed," he added.
