The
birth
certificate
of
Princess
Charlotte
Elizabeth
Diana
has
gone
viral
on
social
media.
It
is
not
just
because
of
the
details
we
get
to
see
about
the
royal
newborn,
but
also
because
of
Duke
of
Cambridge's
signature
which
is
becoming
a
butt
of
jokes.
At
the
first
glance,
there
appears
to
be
nothing
unusual
about
Princess
Charlotte's
birth
certificate.
Charlotte
Elizabeth
Diana's
birth
certificate
has
been
signed
by
her
parents,
Prince
William
and
the
Duchess
of
Cambridge,
Kate
Middleton.
However,
when
you
take
a
closer
look
at
her
father,
Prince
William's
signature
in
the
certificate,
you
read
'Willy".
A
closer
look
at
the
father's
squiggly
signature
looks
like
he's
signed
the
certificate
'Willy".

After
the
birth
certificate
of
Kate
Middleton
and
Prince
William's
princess
was
posted
on
Tuesday,
it
was
retweeted
6000
times.
One
user
posted:
"Is
it
just
me
who
thinks
Prince
William's
signature
looks
like
it
says
Willy?"
This
is
not
the
first
time
Prince
William's
signature
became
a
topic
on
social
media.
When
Prince
George
was
born
in
2013,
Prince
William's
handwriting
caused
a
similar
reaction
on
social
media
after
he
signed
his
son's
certificate.
In
2013,
one
Twitter
user
posted:
"Err,
did
the
dad
really
sign
it
Willy?"
Princess
Charlotte's
birth
was
formally
registered
on
Tuesday
and
was
witnessed
by
a
Registrar
from
Westminster
Register
Office.
Apart
from
Prince
William's
signature,
the
certificate
has
sparked
further
jokes
on
Twitter,
after
William
and
Kate
revealed
their
occupations
-
the
Prince
and
Princess
of
the
United
Kingdom
with
tweets
like
"Princess
Charlotte
is
only
three
days
old
yet
her
birth
certificate
is
already
far
more
impressive
than
my
CV
hahaha" going
viral.
