Tunisha Sharma Death: 20-Year-Old Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul Actress Hangs Herself In Lead Actor’s Make Up Room
TV actress Tunisha Sharma, who is currently seen playing the role of Shehzaadi Mariam opposite Sheezan Mohammed Khan in SAB TV's Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul, has attempted suicide.
The 20-year-old actress was rushed to the hospital in Mumbai where she breathed her last. She would have turned 21 on January 4.
According to sources, Tunisha was in depression and hanged herself to death on the sets of her show. She was found hanging in the makeup room of the show's lead actor.
For the unversed, she started her acting career as a child artist with Sony TV's Bharat Ka Veer Putra - Maharana Pratap in 2015 and later featured in Colors TV's Chakravartin Ashoka Samrat.
In 2016, she made headlines for playing the younger version of Katrina Kaif in Fitoor and Baar Baar Dekho. Later in 2018, she played her first lead role opposite Shivin Narang in Colors TV's Internet Wala Love. Fans loved her onscreen chemistry with Shivin in the show.
Also featuring Bollywood actress Minissha Lamba, Internet Wala Love went off-air in 2019. Later, she did popular shows like Ishq Subhan Allah, Hero - Gayab Mode On, and Ali Baba: Dastaan-E-Kabul.
Besides featuring in several music videos, Tunisha also was seen in Vidya Balan's Kahaani 2: Durga Rani Singh and Salman Khan's Dabangg 3.
We just hope that Tunisha's family finds the strength to cope up with his huge loss. May her soul rest in peace!
