Watch Balika Vadhu's Anandi Aka Avika Gor In Uyyala Jampala Trailer
Television actress Avika Gor, who is popularly known for her role Anandi in Hindi TV serial Balika Vadhu, is now foraying into Telugu film industry. Ashta Chamma fame Ram Mohan is set to introduce her to Telugu audience through his next production Uyyala Jampala (UV). The producer has recently released the first trailer of the movie, which shows that she has a naughty role that has good scope for performance.
Usually, the trailers of Telugu films highlight the performance of heroes, while heroines get very little scope in them. But interestingly, the video of Uyyala Jampala is an exception to the popular trend in the industry. It throws more light on the character of the heroine. The trailer shows that the movie is high on entertainment quotient and it is going to be a clean family entertainer with nativity.

Avika's Schooling And Acting Debut
Avika Gor was born to an insurance agent Sameer Gor, and Chetna on 1 October 1997. She attended Ryan International School in Mumbai. She first appeared in Rajkumar Arryan in which she did a small role.
Avika As Anandi In Balika Vadhu
Avika Gor played Anandi in the show Balika Vadhu. Set in rural Rajasthan, the serial follows the story of Anandi (Avika Gor replaced by Toral Rasputra) who was married to Jagdish, when she was 8. The actress has bagged more than 10 honours from Indian Telly Awards, Indian Television Academy Awards and Rajiv Gandhi Awards for her performance in this soap.
Avika As Roli In Sasural Simar Ka
Currently, she is playing Roli in popular TV serial Sasural Simar Ka, which is the journey of two sisters Simar and Roli who ends in same sasural by marrying two brothers, Prem and Siddhant, respectively. Her acting in this show has also fetched a few honours from Golden Petal Awards and Indian Telly Awards.
Avika's Debut In Films
Avika Gor has also made her debut on big screen and played small roles in movies like (Gargi) Morning Walk, (Avika) Paathshala and (Pia) Tezz. Telugu movie Uyyala Jampala marks her debut as heroine.
