Director
Reema
Kagti's
latest
directorial
venture
Talaash
has
continued
to
keep
the
bells
ringing
at
the
Indian
Box
Office
on
the
weekdays.
The
psychological
suspense
thriller
starring
Aamir
Khan,
Kareena
Kapoor
and
Rani
Mukherjee
in
leads,
has
surpassed
Rs
50
crore
mark
at
the
domestic
collection
centres
on
Monday.
Talaash,
which
opened
to
a
positive
talk
from
both
film
critics
and
viewers,
received
a
fantastic
opening
at
the
domestic
Box
Office.
The
movie
topped
the
business
chart
with
its
collection
reaching
Rs
47.1
crores
nett
in
the
first
weekend.
Trade
experts
had
predicted
that
it
would
cross
Rs
50
crore
mark
in
its
opening
weekend.
But
the
film
failed
to
do
expected
amount
of
collection.
After
a
rocking
weekend,
Talaash
witnessed
a
considerable
amount
of
dip
in
its
business
on
the
first
Monday.
It
showed
about
nearly
55%
decrease
in
its
collection,
when
compared
to
its
first
collection.
On
the
fourth
day,
the
movie
did
better
business
at
multiplexes
of
urban
centres
when
compared
to
single
screens.
It
has
collected
Rs
6.74
crores
at
the
domestic
Box
Office,
taking
its
four
day
total
to
Rs
53.84
crores
nett.
However,
if
it
runs
at
the
same
pace,
Talaash
is
expected
to
surpass
Rs
70
crore
mark
at
the
Indian
Box
Office
in
the
first
week.
It
should
be
seen
whether
Aamir-Kareena-Rani
would
cross
this
mark
or
not.
