Bollywood
film
Queen,
was
one
of
the
biggest
hits
of
the
year
2014.
Apart
from
being
a
big
hit,
the
film
also
won
the
love
of
the
Indian
film
audiences.
The
movie
also
fetched
Kangana
Ranaut,
her
first
National
Award
for
the
Best
Actress.
There
were
many
speculations
revolving
around
the
remake
of
the
movie
in
different
languages.
Now,
the
latest
reports
reveal
that
the
Malayalam
remake
of
the
movie
is
on
the
cards
and
actress
Amala
Paul
would
be
doing
the
lead
role
in
the
movie.
Reportedly,
the
film
would
be
directed
by
veteran
actress
Revathi.
Interestingly,
the
Tamil
version
of
the
movie
will
also
be
directed
by
Revathi.
If
reports
are
to
be
believed,
actress
Tamannah
would
play
the
lead
role
in
the
film.
If
the
reports
turn
out
to
be
true,
this
would
be
the
first
time
that
Revathi
would
be
directing
a
full-length
feature
film
in
Malayalam.
Earlier,
she
had
directed
the
movie
Makal,
which
was
one
of
the
short
films
in
the
anthology
Kerala
Cafe.
Meanwhile,
the
film
is
also
expected
to
provide
a
big
break
to
Amala
Paul
in
Malayalam
films.
The
actress
hasn't
signed
any
Malayalam
movie
after
her
divorce
with
director
AL
Vijay.
Amala
was
previously
seen
in
Malayalam
in
the
film
Shajahanum
Pareekuttiyum.
