At present, she is in the news courtesy her latest film Kaatrin Mozhi. The film is a remake of the Vidya Balan starrer Tumhari Sulu and features Jyo in a new avatar. Kaatrin Mozhi also features Vidhaarth and the Tollywood actress Lakshmi Manchu in the lead. Lakshmi plays the role essayed by Neha Dhupia in the Bollywood version.
