Shahrukh to take audience on a memory ride

Superstar Shahrukh Khan is all set to take the audience for a memory ride. Red Chillies Entertainment"s Always Kabhi Kabhi, presented by Eros International, is a film based on youth and their problems. The film promises freshness, joy and entertainment.

The film is set against the backdrop of a high school and features four new actors; Zoa Morani, Giselli Monteiro, Ali Fazal and Satyajeet Dubey. Shahrukh told Mumbai Times, “Always Kabhi Kabhi is an honest touching film of our youth. Speaking in the language of the youth, we hope to reach out to our young audiences. It promises to take you back in time to some of the best days of your life."

Shahrukh will be seen in an item number in Always Kabhi Kabhi. The debutant director Roshan Abbas informs that Shahrukh Khan immersed himself in this one song. King Khan even went ahead to brief Pritam about the attitude of the song. The song 'we will rock you' is a youth rebellion song, which conveys the thinking of today's generation.

Always Kabhi Kabhi is a contemporary adaptation of 'Grafitti', a play that Roshan had written and directed back in 1999. The film will hit the silver screens today (June 17, 2011).
