Elvish Yadav bail: Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav has become controversy's favourite. From assaulting Maxtern to getting arrested in connection with a snake venom case, the YouTuber has remained in the headlines for different reasons.

WHY WAS ELVISH YADAV ARRESTED?

The BB OTT 2 winner was arrested on March 17, 2024 under the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972, and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC). He was allegedly arrested along with five others for arranging snake venom at rave parties.

Elvish was sent to judicial custody for 14 days. According to a report in ANI, he admitted to arranging snake venom. On Friday (March 22), 2024, the Gautam Buddha Nagar district court granted bail to the YouTuber.

Yadav will walk out from jail after staying there for five days. He confirmed the news of his bail by sharing a post on X handle. "Uppar waala kabhi galat nahi karega (folded hands and heart emojis) Bail Granted," the tweet read.

A case was filed against Elvish after a raid was carried out on November 3, 2023. The raid targeted a rave party where snake venom was allegedly being used as an intoxicant. The NDPS Act was later removed as the police officials cited it as a clerical mistake.
