The

winner

arrested
on
March
17,
2024
under
the
Wild
Life
(Protection)
Act,
1972,
and
Section
120A
(criminal
conspiracy)
of
the
Indian
Penal
Code
(IPC).
He
was
allegedly
arrested
along
with
five
others
for
arranging
snake
venom
at
rave
parties.
Elvish
was
sent
to
judicial
custody
for
14
days.
According
to
a
report
in
ANI,
he
admitted
to
arranging
snake
venom.
On
Friday
(March
22),
2024,
the
Gautam
Buddha
Nagar
district
court
granted
bail
to
the
YouTuber.
Yadav
will
walk
out
from
jail
after
staying
there
for
five
days.
He
confirmed
the
news
of
his
bail
by
sharing
a
post
on
X
handle.

A
case
was
filed
against
Elvish
after
a
raid
was
carried
out
on
November
3,
2023.
The
raid
targeted
a
rave
party
where
snake
venom
was
allegedly
being
used
as
an
intoxicant.
The
NDPS
Act
was
later
removed
as
the
police
officials
cited
it
as
a
clerical
mistake.
