on
screen
with
a
new
film
titled,
'Rocketry-

Nambi
Effect'
which
is
based
on
the
life
and
achievements
of
ISRO
scientist

Nambi
Narayanan.
This
morning,
the
makers
revealed
the
first
teaser
of
the
film.
The
first
few
seconds
in
the
video
presents
the
figures
of
how
many
times
Russia
and
America
made
failed
attempts
to
reach
the
Mars
orbit
but
India
achieved
it
in
the
first
attempt
only
and
that
too
by
spending
lesser
money.
This
is
followed
by
a
voice
which
says,
"What
if
I
say
we
could
have
achieved
this
twenty
years
ago
only?" He
continues,
"My
name
is
Nambi
Narayanan.
I
spent
35
years
in
rocketry
and
50
days
in
prison.
My
nation
paid
the
price
of
those
50
days
and
this
story
is
about
that.
It's
not
about
me."
Cut
to,
we
see
a
glum-looking
Madhavan
imprisoned
in
a
dark
cell
overlooking
a
rocket
launch
site.

aware,
Nambi
Narayanan
was
a
senior
official
at
ISRO
and
was
charged
with
espionage
in
1994.
CBI
dismissed
the
charges
against
him
in
1996
and
in
1998,
Supreme
Court
declared
him
not
guilty.

too

the
teaser
on
his
Twitter
page
and
wrote,

Earlier,
Madhavan
had
shared
on
his
Instagram
page,
"There
are
many
personal

the

would
have
heard
about
and

have

about.

are
a

knowing

about
which
means
that
you
know
very
little
about
your
own
nation.
Nambi
Narayanan's
story
is
one
such
