Balika Vadhu Actor Shashank Vyas is happy with his new look on the show Jana Na Dil Se Door. He will be seen as a military man, Ravish in the show. He is glad to play this role as he was fascinated with the idea of joining the Indian Army when he was young!

The actor is active on social media and has posted several pictures from the sets. Sharing a picture, the actor wrote, "Fauji....new journey with action..."

Speaking about his new journey, he was quoted by an entertainment website as saying, "A new journey has begun in my life with Jana Na Dil Se Door and I already love it so far."

He further added, "With the new character and the new avatar in new show, it feels great to get an opportunity to play such a character of a soldier. Even to step in their shoes look-wise is a different experience and I love every bit of it."

Regarding his looks, Shashank said, "I was required to cut short my hair and grow a moustache for the character and it's an unexplainable feeling. Of course it's very nice to have Smita around and that to as my mother, again. I already feel very welcomed and I can't wait to see where this journey will take me."

On the show, Vividha (Shivani Surve) is under an impression that she is getting married to Atharv (Vikram Singh Chauhan), but her father has different plans for her. He wants Vividha to get married to Ravish and not Atharv!
