Talk On Struggle With Depression

The actress, in 2019, opened up about her experience with depression and said it is important to feel the support of family and friends. Nushrat inspired others by opening up about her struggle and what kept her going. During an interview with Pinkvilla, she said her mantra is to believe that things will get better tomorrow. "I think people around me; friends and family, someone who can silently exist with you in your silence. There was just a voice in me that I will get through this. If that was not there, then it would have been a serious problem. I kept believing in things will get better the next day. Keeping that faith, I would get through the day," Nushrat said.
