Deepika
Padukone
has
found
herself
in
a
deep
mess,
thanks
to
her
decision
to
back
out
from
Ramesh
Taurani's
Race
2.
In
an
interview
with
Times
of
India,
Ramesh
Taurani
said
that
he
was
very
hurt
in
the
manner
in
which
Deepika
tackled
the
situation
as
no
actor
had
treated
him
with
such
disrespect
till
date.
Ramesh
Taurani
feels
he
was
wronged
as
Deepika
Padukone's
dates
for
Race
2
was
fixed
keeping
her
interest
in
mind.
As
Deepika
was
keen
on
working
in
Karan
Johar's
film
Yeh
Jawaani
Hai
Diwani
opposite
Ranbir
Kapoor,
Ramesh
along
with
Johar
made
the
schedule
in
such
a
way
that
she
could
shoot
for
both
films.
In
spite
of
that,
Ramesh
alleges
that
Deepika
kept
avoiding
the
shoots
on
one
pretext
or
the
other.
On
January
27th,
Deepika,
who
was
supposed
to
meet
Ramesh
Taurani,
sent
him
an
SMS
stating
that
though
she
wouldn't
be
able
to
meet
him,
her
manager
would
see
and
discuss
all
matter
with
him.
After
Deepika's
manager
explained
to
Taurani
that
Deepika
couldn't
act
in
Race
2,
since
she
is
getting
better
offers
even
from
Hollywood,
the
filmmaker
tried
several
times
to
reach
out
to
the
actress.
However,
Deepika
refused
to
answer
the
innumerable
messages
and
phone
calls
made
by
Taurani.
It
was
only
then
that
Ramesh
Taurani
approached
the
AMPTPP
and
CINTAA.
