Director
David
Yates
and
screenwriter
Steve
Kloves,
who
worked
for
the
last
four
movies
of
Harry
Potter,
might
have
ended
the
film
series.
But
Warner
Bros.
Pictures
do
not
seem
to
let
the
masterminds
go.
According
to
reports,
the
studio
has
planned
to
rope
in
the
director
and
writer
for
forthcoming
movie
The
Stand.
The
HitFix
reports
that
Warner
Bros.
Pictures
are
finalising
the
deals
for
David
Yates
and
Steve
Kloves
to
work
together
again
for
The
Stand.
If
everything
goes
their
way,
David
Yates
will
direct
the
movie
The
Stand,
while
Steve
Kloves
writes
the
script
for
it
based
on
the
the
Stephen
King
novel
with
the
same
name.
Sources
claim
that
The
Stand
is
made
into
multi
movies,
which
is
set
in
a
time
after
a
virus
wipes
out
most
of
the
American
population.
The
movie
focuses
on
a
group
of
survivors
fighting
the
Antichrist-like
Randall
Flagg
while
it
features
dozens
of
characters
and
overlapping
storylines
running
over
many
years.
