Did Shilpa Shinde take a dig at Hina Khan by asking about girl power and cooking to the contestants at the premiere episode of Bigg Boss 12?
The controversial reality show Bigg Boss 12 began from yesterday (September 16, 2018). The host of the show Salman Khan introduced the contestants in his own style! This time, it is single versus doubles as celebrities entered the house as singletons, while commoners entered the house in pairs. Ex-Bigg Boss winners Shilpa Shinde and Manveer Gujjar along with a couple of reporters were present at the show as special guests, who threw quirky questions on the contestants.
The Pathan sisters from Jaipur, Saba and Somi were introduced by Salman. The sisters called themselves as the 'dabaang sisters'!
Shilpa’s Questions Jaipur Sisters About Girl Power
Shilpa asked them, "Aap dono behene ho and apne girl power ki baatein ki hai. Hamare season mein bi girl power ki bahot baatein hoti thi. Iss season girl power ke alawa aur kaun se pentre hai apke paas." For this, the girls said that they want to keep it a secret and want the viewers to watch the show to know more.
Did Shilpa Take A Dig At Hina?
Well, with the way Shilpa asked this question, it looked like the actress took a dig at her co-contestant of their season, Hina Khan, as she was the one who projected herself as a champion of girls and promoted girl power! And, the result is known to all!
Shilpa Asks Dipika As To How She Will Manage In The House!
The actress also asked Dipika Kakar as to how she will manage in the house and reminded her how she was criticised for cooking in tap water in the previous season. It has to be recalled that Shilpa was criticised by none other than Hina for using tap water for cooking. The duo had a major argument regarding the same!
Dipika Recalls Her PG Days
For this, Dipika spoke about her struggling days, when she used to stay in a PG where she'd stay with people whom she didn't even know and had to manage eating food that was not that good. She added that now that she is in the Bigg Boss house, if such things happen, then she will think that she has gone back to her PG days!
